CHINESE SEMIYA.....

Heya people!!!
   Hope all are very fine :) :)
  Semiya/Vermicelli is a very common ingredient in a tamilians house hold. It is basically a desi pasta like that of a spaghetti. Many people are bored of it. So i just tried the same old boring semiya in a different shtyle...the chinese style..
  Chowmein/noodles is preferred by the kids and also big kids :P :P so i think this is a good way to cook your semiya and relish it :) :)

INGREDIENTS:
  • Vermicelli                                   2 cups
  • Onion                                         1 big (sliced)
  • Tomato                                       1 big (sliced)
  • Capsicum,Carrot,Paneer              1 cup
  • Red chilly sauce                            for your taste (i took almost a table spoon)#
  • Soya Sauce                                  one teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce                               one table spoon
  • Salt                                              To taste
  • Oil                                                2 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste                       A little
# you can use red chilly powder instead..  

METHOD:
  1. Cook the semiya with salt and oil ( Add more salt than required for the semiya)
  2. In a pan add 2 tbsp of oil and add the ginger garlic paste and the onions and saute till golden brown.
  3. Now add the tomatoes and other vegetables and cook well.
  4. Now add the chilly sauce and tomato sauce and saute well.
  5. Once cooked well add the semiya in it and mix well.
  6. Add the soya sauce and salt and mix well.
  7. Garnish it with coriander leaves or mint leaves.
