INCHIN'S BAMBOO GARDEN- Restaurant reviews

Hi folks,
After a looooong holiday gap here i am back with you all.
Thanks for the people who mailed me asking if all is well <3
As a comeback post i would want to post a review about the restaurant which i visited twice this holidays.

WHERE: Inchin's Bamboo Garden
LOCATION: 22291, NW Imbrie drive, Hilsboro,97124
CUISINE: Indo-Chinese
AMBIENCE : Contemporary

Inchin's bamboo garden has its name because it serves indo-chinese apart from pan asian delicacies it has in its menu. Located in hilsboro its the first in portland whereas across the country it has almost 21 branches.

What was on my table:

1) Hot and Sour soup: A delicious hot and sour soup served with some fried noodles was soothing for the weather. If you love it spicy you can ask them to make it more spicy or add some sauce fro the variety of sauces on the table. Quantity i feel is a little less. (4/5)

2)LatMai Paneer: A bang on starter i must say. The panner is not too dry or hard nor it is too gravy-ish. Super delicious (5/5)

3)Veg coin in Schezwan sauce : A good choice for vegetarians to make. You can choose the gravy as in if you want manchurian sauce or schezwan sauce. Veggie patties dipped in the sauce makes it a good companion for your rice or noodles.(4/5)

4)Gobhi manchurian : A perfect consistency manchurian for rice or noodles. Both the gravies are served with plain white rice. (4/5)

5)Burnt garlic rice : Now this one we had a lot of expectation on as it is Mr.Aishwarys's favorite but he was kind of disappointed though i found it decent. The burnt garlic flavor was not very prominent but a good one to try here (4/5)

In our next trip we tried couple of more dishes but i could not take pictures.

6) Hakka Noodles : Amazing choice it was. Especially with the veg coins mancurian it tasted awesome. (5/5)

7)Schezwan momos/dumplings : Since I am momos lover i felt it was a good justice to momos. (5/5)

8)Shanghai potato : Good but not great. If you love potatoes you would love this. (4/5)

9)Fried rice : Decent. Nothing fancy. Little too oily. (3.5/5)
