KODO MILLET TAWA PULAV

Hi folks,
Hope you all are ready to welcome the winter.
Its getting colder in Oregon day by day and the worst part is rain.. I miss Sun soo much.. How many of you enjoy rain??..Do let me know in the comment section.

Coming to our recipe- Tawa Pulav.
It is a very famous Mumbai street food. Many stalls serve it and i have only had it once that too in Delhi. Ever since I bought pav bhaji masala (MTR) I was wishing to make tawa pulav once and one fine day I made it pushing all my laziness away. It was super delicious super hot tawa pulav. But, I tried to give it a healthy makeover by making it with kodo millets instead of regular white rice.

Kodo Millet is a nutritional grain and is a good substitute for rice or wheat. It is an excellent source of fiber and protein.
I personally did not feel much of a difference in taste and Mr.Aishwarya loved it too.
Lets get started.
