Apple n banana pan cake!!

Hey all!! Was jus wondering what to do... Saw the banana and apple in d fruit basket... N den i thot why not try a pan cake :) wich came out really well...
Lemme share the recipe with u guys!!


INGREDIENTS:

Wheat flour                       1 cup
Rice flour/
All purpose flour              1 cup
Sugar powder                   1 cup
Banana(mashed)             3 nos


Apple(boiled n mashed) 1no
Milk                                     1/2 cup
Water                                   as needed


PROCEDURE:

1. Mix the flours wid sugar powder and d mashed fruits.
2. Add the milk and mix well without flour clots.
3. Add water to have a paste like consistency.
   
   
   
4. Heat a pan(i used dosa tawa) add a little oil and pour the batter and spread to the corners and Cook till golden brown.
5. Flip the pan cake to the other side and cook.(pour oil if required).
6. Press d pan cake so that its fully cooked from inside as well.
7. Take on a plate n serve with chocolate sauce/ strawberry sauce.
